Nature expresses itself freely in this place of remembrance, says a sign in the Montparnasse Cemetery in Paris, France. The City of Paris is committed to the ecological management of its cemeteries by abandoning herbicides. The grass lots are now fully maintained manually and mechanically, respecting people’s health and the environment’s health.

Nature takes its rights to offer people a new landscape where the wild flora blooms freely. The sign asks people to help them preserve the biodiversity of the cemetery by not using chemicals, both for your plantations and for cleaning.
