The European White Water Lily (Nymphaea alba) is an aquatic flowering plant in the Nymphaeaceae family of water lilies. It is also known as the White Water Rose.

It is native to North Africa, Asia, and Europe.
The European White Water Lily grows in ponds and lakes. Its leaves can be up to 30 centimetres (12 inches) in diameter.
The flowers are white with small yellow stamens inside.
