The Trumpet Gentian (Gentiana acaulis) is a flowering evergreen perennial plant in the Gentiianaceae family.

It is native to central and southern Europe. It is especially found in mountainous regions.
It grows to 10 centimetres (4 inches) tall. It forms a mat up to 50 centimetres (20 inches) wide.
The blue flowers are trumpet-shaped with olive-green spotted throats. The flower stem is often without leaves.
The Trumpet Gentian blooms in late spring and summer.
