The Houseleek Succulent (Sempervivum calcareum) is an evergreen flowering plant in the Crassulaceae family of perennial succulents.

It is native to the southern Alps in Europe.
It has a rosette with thick leaves that store water. The leaves are green with reddish-purple tips.
It reproduces by budding.
