The Saltmarsh Arrowgrass (Triglochin maritima) is a flowering annual or perennial plant in the Juncaginaceae family of arrowgrass. It is also called Sea Arrowgrass or Shore Arrowgrass.

It is found in the Northern Hemisphere, along the coast, in brackish marshes, as well as freshwater marshes and sandy beaches.
The Saltmarsh Arrowgrass grows to 20-75 centimetres (8-30 inches) tall.
Its leaves are fleshy and the fruit is oval-shaped.
Its flowers, in a long spike, are greenish-white with three petals edged with purple.
It blooms from May to August in the Northern Hemisphere.
