The Mammillaria klissingiana is a clumping cactus in the Cactaceae family.

It is native to Mexico and widespread across the country. It is mainly found on limestone cliffs.
It grows up to 16 centimetres (6 inches) high and 9 centimetres (3.5 inches) wide.
It is green and globular with small snow-coloured spines all over it. It has pink star-shaped flowers.
It forms large colonies up to 40 centimetres (16 inches) in diameter.
