The Windflower (Anemone magellanica) is a flowering deciduous, perennial plant in the Ranunculaceae family.

It grows to 30-60 centimetres (12-24 inches) tall.
It has oval-shaped pale-green buds. The flowers are cup-shaped and soft white with yellow seed heads.
The Windflower blooms from July to October in the Northern Hemisphere.
