The Neoregelia pendula ‘Pink Spider’ is an epiphytic flowering plant in the Bromeliaceae family. It is a bromeliad.

It is native to the rainforests of Ecuador.
It grows attached to the branches of forest trees (not naturally in the ground).
It has broad, flat leaves marked with red. The inflorescences form in a depression, called a cup, which often fills with water, through which the flowers bloom.
The Neoregelia pendula ‘Pink Spider’ blooms once in its lifetime, after it has produced small ‘clones’ from the parent plant.
