The Jade Plant (Crassula ovata) is a flowering, evergreen, succulent plant in the Crassulaceae family. It is also known as the Lucky Plant and the Money Plant.
It is native to South Africa.
The Jade Plant has thick stems and grows to about 250 centimetres (98 inches) tall. It has thick, shiny, smooth leaves in jade green to yellowish green.
It has small pink or white star-shaped flowers.
