The Golden Kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) is a flowering deciduous climbing vine in the Actinidiaceae family. It is also called the Chinese Gooseberry.

It is native to China.
It is dioecious with male and female flowers.
The fruit has a smooth bronze skin with a beak shape at the stem. The fruit has bright green to yellowish-gold flesh. It is oval and the size of a hen’s egg.
The flowers are small and creamy-white.
It blooms in early summer.
