The Poet’s Daffodil (Narcissus poeticus) is an evergreen, bulbous flowering plant in the Amaryllidaceae family of daffodils. It is also known as the Poet’s Narcissus, Pheasant’s Eye, and Pinkster Lily.

It is native to central and southern Europe.
It grows to 20-40 centimetres (8-16 inches) tall.
The Poet’s Daffodil has white petals surrounding a short centre (corona) of light yellow with a distinctive reddish edge.
It blooms in early spring.
