The Harlequin Dancing-Lady Orchid (Tolumnia variegata) is a miniature flowering plant in the Orchidaceae family of orchids. It is related to the Oncidium Orchids.

It is endemic to tropical regions in the Caribbean – in countries such as Puerto Rico, Cuba, Haiti, and the Cayman Islands. It is not found in Jamaica.
It grows on the tips of branches.
The flowers are small and white – about one centimetre (a third of an inch) across. They grow on spikes with 5-10 flowers per spike.
It blooms on and off all year with long-lasting flowers.
