The Exul Orchid (Paphiopedilum exul) is a flowering perennial plant in the Orchidaceae family of Slipper Orchids.

It is native to Thailand.
It is terrestrial, as it grows on the forest floor.
The leaves are short and rounded, growing up to 35 centimetres (15 inches) long and up to 3 centimetres (one inch) wide.
The flower is on a single-flowered stem. Its yellow flower has a pouch, measuring up to 6 centimetres (2 inches) wide, that traps insects. The base of each petal is covered with maroon (dark) blotches. The sepals are greenish-yellow.
It blooms from February to May.
