The Rose Gospel (Rosa ‘Gospel’) is a flowering perennial, deciduous shrub in the Rosaceae family. 

It is a dark violet-fuchsia ‘old-fashioned’ or ‘romantic’ hybrid tea rose. 

It grows to about 60-90 centimetres (24-36 inches) tall. 

The leaves are matte and green.

The flowers – 3-5 per stem – are very large and very full with about 40 dark violet-fuchsia coloured petals. The flowers measure about 12 centimetres (5 inches) in diameter. It is a repeat flowering rose. 

The Rose Gospel blooms from spring to autumn.
