The Garden Speedwell (Veronica longifolia) is a flowering herbaceous, perennial plant in the Plantaginaceae family. It is also known as the Long Leaf Speedwell.

It grows to 60-120 centimetres (24-48 inches) tall and about 60 centimetres (24 inches) wide.

The lance-like flower spikes are 25-30 centimetres (10-12 inches) long and bear lilac to purple blooms.

The Garden Speedwell blooms from early to late summer.
