The Dahlia ‘Knockout’ (Dahlia sp.) is a flowering tuberous, herbaceous, perennial plant in the Asteraceae family.

It is native to Mexico and Central America.
It grows into a bushy plant about 75 centimetres (30 inches) tall. The foliage is dark bronze – almost black.
It has single flowers with broad lemon-yellow petals and a dark-brown central disc opening to orange. The flowers have wide and rounded petals arranged in a corolla of about 15 centimetres (5 inches) in diameter.
The Dahlia ‘Knockout’ blooms from mid-summer until the first frost.
