The Salt Cedar – ‘Pink Cascade’ (Tamarix ramosissima) is a flowering, deciduous shrub in the Tamaricaceae family. It is also known as the Tamarisk. It can tolerate salt water.

It is native to Europe and Asia.
It is an arching shrub, growing up to 8 metres (26 feet) tall and 5 metres (16 feet) wide, used as screen, windbreak, or hedge.
It has reddish stems with leathery, feathery pale-green foliage.
The plumes of pendulous flowers are small and pink with five petals.
The Salt Cedar – ‘Pink Cascade’ blooms from late summer to early autumn.
