The Deuterocohnia brevifolia is a flowering succulent plant in the Bromeliaceae family of bromeliads.

It is native to Argentina and Bolivia.
It is a terrestrial groundcover and grows in a large, dense mat of leaves. It grows to about 180 centimetres (72 inches) across.
It has small triangular leaves in rosettes that are about 3 centimetres (1 inch) long.
The Deuterocohnia brevifolia has small, cylindrical, green flowers.
